AME Payroll is designed to allow you to compute pay, make after the fact payroll entries, print pay checks or stubs, tracking tax deposits, print payroll reports, and file quarterly and year end reports.
The initial recommended steps are as follows:
• Setup the company information.
• Setup the company checking account.
• Go thru Payroll Setup to set up
o Pre Tax Transactions if any,
o Miscellaneous Deductions if any,
o Special Pay Types,
o State Tax Rates And Limits for SUI and Local Tax Rates as needed,
o Employee Info with pay rates.
• Compute checks (or input after the fact entries).
• Print checks or stubs.
• Run needed reports
• Make tax deposits.
• File quarterly reports.
