What is AME On-Line Technical Support?
AME On-Line Technical Support is a section of AME Web Site,
which allows to registered AME Software users to get on-line help
with their AME programs without having to call our office.
How to register for on-line support
In order to register for AME On-Line Technical Support one should have purchased
AME accounting software and payed for one-year technical support.
All you need to do to register is to go to the registration section and enter the necessary information.
Once you have been identified as a current AME software user you will need to select a username and a password,
that you will use to access AME on-line tech support.
The registration takes minutes and once it's done you will get a confirmation e-mail
from AME software with your registration information, that you need to keep for the future reference.
How to select username and password
Your user name could be any word or numbers, with a whole word containing not more than 8 characters
Your password could be any word or numbers, which should not exceed 8 characters as well.
What to do if you forgot your username or password
Do not panic :-) First thing to do in this case is to refer to the registration confirmation letter that you recieved from AME.
If you can't find it - click here to retrieve your registration information from our database.
